Yes, we do. The Merion is about making life more convenient with a wide range of services, so we offer valet parking to residents and visitors.
What health care services are available on-site?
Through MerionCares, our health services program, we support residents’ well-being. Our Care Coordinator will partner with you to develop a customized plan that addresses current and future needs. The Care Coordinator will connect you with any necessary medical care or support services. Residents have access to:
- An on-site Wellness Center available for 24/7 emergency response, as well as routine health services
- À la carte assistance-in-living support offered daily

What is the process for moving into The Merion?
Through our On The Move Program, we make moving to our community easy, stress-free, and seamless. Your personal consultant will be with you every step of the way, helping you downsize, referring movers and other service providers, working with your movers, unpacking boxes, and putting everything in its place in your new residence. They’ll even make the bed(s).
What dining options are available?
Your monthly fee includes all-day dining in our community’s various dining venues. We offer a variety of options, including an elegant, spacious dining room, casual bistro, inviting lounges, in-room dining, and a private dining room. From fine dining to casual bites to grab-and-go items, you will enjoy tempting choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
How does The Merion ensure the safety and security of its residents?
Our primary obligation is the safety and security of residents. We provide security surveillance and the careful attention of a 24-hour doorman. Each residence has a 24-hour emergency call system, so help is immediately available around the clock.
