Join us to learn from a thriving Solo Ager who will speak about her experience and how you can prepare. During this presentation, you’ll discover:

• How aging solo affects mental and physical health
• The resources that are available to assist Solo Agers with aging healthy • How The Merion enhances aging

About Annette Mileski

Annette is a Solo Ager, a Jill-of-many-trades, an avid lifelong learner, and a speaker on healthy aging. She currently serves as Director of the Center for Life and Learning – a community education program for people 60+ offered through the Fourth Presbyterian Church.
